Welcome blue ribbons! You’ve got mail. With this letter from heaven the angels sent us, I am going to mirror one of the most beautiful lessons that God has washed throughout my heart. This is a journey that I have been on for several years. It has become the brightest of my prayers to be answered after darkness casted its shadows upon the sky I would look up to with sadness for a time. Being thrown into the depths of wounded-ness and pain is no small feat. Yet at those gravest times, the most precious lessons and revelations came to be seen and understood. The girl I once was while losing her footing and finding her pen along the way, is miles away from the girl I am today. Finding the path that it took so many years for me to find and also create was a gift in and of itself. Sometimes it’s not just the hard work that goes into healing and striving for a better tomorrow. Redefining your goals, aspirations and dreams can collide within the mold that is set out before you. Not within the will you have in mind for yourself, but the one that will ultimately match God’s. His plan will always set the tone and erase punctures that the journey both gave and took. To be left with the notion to hold, in making the teeniest of strides towards your heart to beat unchained is something that only a healed you can retain. Once after you learn to follow the echo of your Father’s voice from heaven. You recognize that it’s wrapped so mercifully around the moonlight that mend stars within wounds you no longer have to carry. To step into your own light by creating it with the ribbons that tether purpose from heaven. To give you a brighter nightlight to cling to in the dark of dawn by helping you forge it yourself. So through the pain, the joy, and mostly the wreckage of what yesterday always can bring, won’t curate more heartache, no; those tears were not a curse but a blessing that you will soon see. That hurt was meant to help you molt. That brokenness wasn’t meant to stay or last forever. To help finding the way through, by carving stepping stones within the decay of destruction all around you. Then going from broken to healed and everything in and between beautifully so. It’s all in time that you will become a friend and never again a foe. This lesson will flow everlasting to allow God to walk with you and not shun him and yourself both. To welcome not the heartache but the lessons wrapped within them. To hold your own hand until it is a lion’s mane you can grab ahold of instead. For the point of no return and looking towards the future with countless blessings being shelved and on display. You are either your worst enemy or a part of your forever saving grace. Until the next letter from heaven rains down, become a part of the remnants to the book God has given over you. So that your life and his divinity can intertwine within the story that’s still being written.
Beautiful!
