Always Writing with Light 

Through trials, hardships, and the multitude of heartbreak's I faced, writing was something that was placed on my mind from the very start of a new enveloping pain. This agony that found parts of me that hadn't yet decayed. Losing my grandfather to cancer in 2013 was something that curated a way for me to create away from all the grief. I started writing at the age of fifteen. Delving into the creative parts of my mind, and what those dreams would mercifully help distract me from. Apart of this whirlwind journey, the brightest light was finding out years later that I hadn't gone through it alone. God had always been there. From the very start and the new beginning that sprouted for me to find the gift I always was meant to. The truest version of me, that through prayer, and gathering the pieces to build back my Catholic faith, helped me to find. Only after this, would I be able to offer my suffering, joy, and lessons learned to bring others to the face of Jesus Christ. It has been a true gift, the new heart that is no longer of stone, he gave me to use and write with. No matter where I go in this life, it will always be following behind God's footsteps. The most potent proof of my spirit healed, is why I no longer wipe my own tears and heaven's combined; but instead use them as ink like God intended! So I now and forever will be, always writing with light.
